Review of refund issue - no better!
I was told to get back in touch for a second review. After “review” they cancelled my subscription and refunded me via credits which can only be used on a subscription. So I’ve paid for no subscription and credits to get the same thing? What a useless outcome that leaves me with more admin and no subscription
