I did not purchase my printer from the Anycubic official shop. Despite this, their support team was incredibly helpful. My printer arrived with a damaged print head housing caused during transport. I contacted Anycubic support and was impressed by how fast and competent they responded. They sent me a replacement housing without any hassle. Just quick, professional help. This is how customer service should work. Highly recommended!
