First class customer service
I had an issue with a policy renewal that resulted in my having an additional policy with expenses that I didn't need (and didn't notice for a while). Napo were outstanding and refunded all of the payments made in error. Furthermore, the customer service was friendly and caring; first-class customer service from an insurance company - it's certainly a first for me.
