Had an issue with my drone, it got away from controls and flew into trash can breaking the wing. I asked about a repair site and they assured me not to worry, they would let me purchase protection plan (after i just admitted i was responsible for damage!) and i was able to replace my F11pro2 for $49. I can’t say enough about your company and customer service dept for your dedication to customer satisfaction. I am a big drone enthusiast and my next one will be a Ruko to partner with my existing one!!! Thank you for keeping me in the air!
