This company has owed me a refund since February. They keep telling me they’ll escalate my case to the “refund team” with no result. I was well within the refund period. They owe me nearly 2K. Glad other folks find value, but I find this company unethical and be warned… there is an upsell at every junction. First communication was 2/20/26, most recent was 5/14/26.
