USA Buyers Be AWARE OF THIS CHINESE COMPANY- They don’t care about complaints nor will they try to make things right with customers. Asking you to defray the cost for defective products is insane. I had the device for less than 10 days and it broke. After sending pictures to the Fitaos (Chinese company), they said it was not broken beyond crazy. The bracket disconnected from the device; no one can fix this. It will cut your arm if you try to wear it. REFUND MY MONEY ASAP you should request this junk back as it belong in the trash due to the hazard it will cause to customers.My bank will go after these crooks. They don’t deserve 1 star. Fitaos can't even answer questions about the device before it broke. I sent questions in on numerous occasions no answer. I dont see a link to attach pictures Trust Pilot? Pls advise.
