Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. Missed my flight, so I contacted them for a refund on the airport tax, by which they already took out a small service fee. Fine, whatever, that's a given with third-party agencies. The thing is, by the time the refund reached my account, it got shaved down to a quarter of what was originally promised by this company, and the invoice just quoted the deduction as a "coupon" fee. $11. That's how much Traveloka values over fulfilling their duties with customers and honoring the trust we put when we spend our hard-earned money on their services. That's how much they would rather have instead of ensuring that customers are paid their due amounts. If you'd rather sacrifice customers' trust to profit off of tiny amounts of money like this, instead of ensuring people will continue returning to use your services and contributing even larger profits to your business, then it tells me all I need to know about this company's value and moral code. Y'all are so greedy that you would eat up your own customers' AIRPORT TAX, which costs like a fraction of the daily profit you're already making off of scamming people out of cheap airplane tickets. Honestly, the amount of money wasn't even that large to begin with, but for this massive company to do this is unspeakably disgusting. Reached out to their fanpage to ask about this and got no reply whatsoever, despite them still replying to my messages before. Not only are they greedy but they're also cowards.
