Epic deal breaker
We live in a rural state. Our small business, choosing between maintaining our equipment and taking phone calls from potential clients started to become a dealbreaker on whether we could sustain the business. Ruby is well priced and without sounding too dramatic -probably saved our small business. In small communities, especially with seasonal businesses that have challenges finding full-time or even part-time employees.
