We attempted to purchase the Lubra3 during the Memorial Day promotion that advertised 6 months interest-free financing through PayPal. During checkout, we were prompted to open a new credit card account, only for the transaction to later be denied. The experience was extremely frustrating because the company blamed PayPal, and PayPal blamed the company, leaving us stuck in the middle with no resolution. What made it worse was that by the time the charge issue is reversed, the Memorial Day coupon/promotion will be gone, and the company refused to honor the advertised deal afterward even though the issue was outside of our control. We now have a new credit inquiry/account opened for nothing and still cannot complete the purchase under the terms that were advertised. Very disappointing customer service experience and poor handling of a financing promotion.
