Terrible customer service
Terrible experience with service and especially customer service. Ordered a SIM with urgency (1-3 days delivery) and only after 4 days, upon repeated inquiry turned out that it hasn't yet been sent. (Eventually got it after 8 days.) Asked CS that they reimburse the quick-delivery fee, that was first promissed (but nothing happened), then refused saying that I've got the card eventually. Later (upon complaint) has been told that they will email me when/if they have an update on my request. 1 week passed without an answer.
