Rotimatic Plus
I ordered my Rotimatic in April of 2025, received after 4 months. I was really happy using it. Then top cover broke on its own. I sent machine in warranty. It has been 4 months still waiting for replacement. I like the Rotimatic even though it is expensive but customer support is terrible.
