Disappointing experience.
Disappointing experience. I ordered a birthday cake for my friend in the UK on the 26th at around 3 AM UK time, specifically choosing this company because they showed same-day delivery availability. The only communication I received was an email later that evening saying the cake I originally ordered was unavailable and asking me to settle for a different one. Since it was my friend’s birthday and I was desperate, I agreed. It has now been 3 days, and there has been absolutely no further update regarding delivery. I even emailed yesterday asking for a status update and still haven’t received any response. If you’re looking to make someone’s special day memorable, I would not recommend this service. The lack of communication and failure to deliver completely ruined the purpose of the order.
