Signed up and had to pay before I could even pick out clothes. Well turned out I didn’t like any of the clothes. Called to cancel and get a refund, but apparently they have a no refund policy so I might as well pick a box and cancel my subscription after receiving it. Then I talked to someone else about getting a refund and they said since I had already placed the order I couldn’t get a refund. Anyways, they ended up giving me a refund but charged me $20 to do a refund. Idk how other clothing companies do buisness but they felt like a scam. Paying before picking clothes, no refund policy after you buy a box or after you pay before you even pick clothes. I would advise going someone else.
