⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible customer service, seamless process and quality rentals
We recently used Kingdom Strollers for our Orlando holiday, and their customer service is truly second to none. We started our trip at Universal, and our stroller arrived at the resort before we did, making pickup from the luggage area an absolute breeze. While the initial stroller unfortunately had a damaged frame, Kingdom Strollers handled it flawlessly. I emailed them after 7:30 PM and received a reply within just 3 minutes! A few quick emails later, they had arranged for a replacement stroller to be delivered to our hotel before 7:00am the next morning when we were due to head out to the parks (it actually arrived at 5am ready for us to pick up from the luggage area in the hotel!). Later in the trip, we transferred to Disney, and the return process was just as smooth from our Disney hotel. We met a Kingdom Stroller team member at an allotted time; they were perfectly punctual, and the handoff was incredibly simple. The replacement stroller we received (a Bob revolution Dual) was in fantastic condition (appeared almost brand new) and made tackling the parks with a 5 and 7-year-old so much easier. In particular, as parents of a neurodiverse child, having a reliable, comfortable stroller where they could have their own safe space was a massive benefit for our family. I cannot recommend Kingdom Strollers enough. Great prices, top-tier equipment, and genuinely amazing customer service. 5 stars all the way!
