It hasn't been working for a few days…
It hasn't been working for a few days now. And the support is a nightmare! They keep lying, saying everything will be back up and running within a few hours, then within a day, and finally we learn it will be in 2 or 3 days. They claim that Android 14 and 16 devices created after May 20th work. They're lying; Android 14 and 16 devices, even those created after May 20th, don't work. A total waste of money! This is the second time this month that this has happened, that support keeps lying and we can't work.
