Arrogant ,poor custom service
Arrogant , poor customer service. Very disappointing experience. This business actively promotes its products online, but when potential buyers ask genuine questions about pricing and availability, they are treated poorly. I contacted them because I live in a different city and needed pricing information before making arrangements. Instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was told "don't waste my time" and was then blocked. As a customer, asking for prices and product details is completely reasonable, especially when travelling from another location or considering a purchase. Blocking interested buyers for asking questions is unprofessional and not how a business should treat potential customers. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.
