Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I purchased a tumbler press paid in full, due to be delivered May 12, 2026. I have yet to receive my merchandise. I have repeatedly emailed HTVRONT to no avail. They (HTVRONT) have continued to gaslight me about the item being shipped. I will have to take the loss since they are not based in the US and HTVRONT is clearly aware of this. My recommendation use caution when purchasing from companies that have no accountability. But more importantly, stay away from HTVRONT. Update: HTVRONT responded they are trying to resolve my delivery issue and have sent me several packages. Then asked for my address. Since starting this process I have 18 messages from HTVRONT customer support and no merchandise. It does not appear that they are trying to resolve my issue at all. This appears to be more gaslighting. So again, I have to take the L, they got paid I got shafted. If the package ever arrives I can't image the condition it will be in. Update: June 13, 2026 On June 4, 2026, HTVRONT informed me they were sending my merchandise using a different delivery company. To date I have not received a tracking number or my merchandise.
