1 star at best! Buyer beware!
1 star at best! Here’s my review after an experience with this company. I placed an order weeks before my wife’s birthday in April. I currently have no product and no refund! I started a chargeback with my bank and moonmagic told me to cancel my chargeback and that I’d be refunded. I did that over a month ago! They keep emailing me telling me to wait. It’s been 6-8 weeks now! Still no refund. They emailed me today saying I need to wait even longer. This company is not legitimate. Customer service is terrible and if you place an order there’s chance you will get no product and no refund! Would leave 0 stars if I could! UPDATE* I did receive an email from “Barbara” she told me my bank chargeback was still active (it is not I called my bank to confirm) so that’s a lie! She said I need to keep waiting. The bank told me that this scam is common and they try to get people to wait until the deadline is passed, at that point I can’t file a chargeback anymore and the company will keep the money! What a scam moon magic is running on me! BUYER BEWARE! UPDATE #2 As you can see my situation from April is still not resolved. They are still giving me the run around, now saying their bank is still processing… they claim to process 1000s of orders regularly so I’m certain there are more issues than just mine. THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU! UPDATE #3 It is now almost the month of July. Moon magic has gone silent on me and I have not heared anything from them regarding my refund. Mind you this all started back in April and I’m still here, still waiting, still no refund! They say it takes at most 75 days, it’s been almost 90 days! This is scam!
