My mother ordered size 5 shoes. They delivered size 3. She contacted them to ask for replacement or refund. They offered a 30% refund and said she could keep the shoes She has no use for size 3 shoes because she has size 5 feet They said she can post them to Hong Kong at her own expense We live in the U.K. The cost of postage from uk is almost the cost of the shoes Very unhappy with this I can see that others have posted similar reviews on trustpilot The website says”150k 5 star reviews don’t lie” I have not been able to find these reviews I therefore asked google AI to find the reviews and this is what google said The short answer is: they do not exist on any verified, independent third-party platform.The "150k+ 5-Star Reviews" claim is an unverified marketing statement created by the seller. When you look outside of their own website, the actual footprint of independent public reviews is incredibly small and tells a completely different story
