Hobibear service terrible
I sent an enquiry to Hobibear because os the size issue. I bought my size but the shoe felt tight as if I bought a smaller size. The US size supposed to be a slight bigger according to the measurement. When I sent a complaint via email. Their response was "Hello, I'm so sorry, we are not Shein". Which brand responds in this way? Plus my issue is with the brands shoe. Very poor service.
