Purchased a couch from Bobs at the Joliet Store. waited a week for delivery and driver stated i didnt pay for old furniture removal (when i did). I called customer service and was told same thing? i asked if they could take the old one away and i would pay for it and he said no? in customer service, the job is to help the customer and was disappointed in his attitude. So i refused the order snd they left. i also called the Joliet store and the Manager did not answer phone or a call back either and i left my number. Ashley furniture received my business at a better price. Sorry Bob, you need to do better.
