TOTAL SCAM Did not send what I ordered. They said they would do a partial refund 2 months ago. I've messaged them many times. No refund. TOTAL SCAM

Total rip off
Total rip off. Did not receive anything like what I ordered. My item came with 10 strands, very cheap. The item I ordered showed almost 20 strands with beads. I tried to get a full refund of $30 but they have only offered me an $8 refund. Unacceptable. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
