Had some trouble contacting a human for help, it looks like it was an issue with their AI system not sending messages between us, but it was a very frustrating few days. Once someone got in touch with me, they kept the chat open while completing the migration and also gave me some additional benefits for the communication issue. It was able to be fixed then and migration is now complete. I can see that it is a good product and had the communication issue never occurred, I would have given a 5 star.
