Be wary of "in stock" items listed on website
I ordered three bar stools on May 29. There was absolutely no indication of any delay. The order said "in stock" and "ships in 1-2 weeks". I was alerted of a delay on June 12 and again on June 24. It is now June 30 and I would like a full refund for the bar stools. I no longer want these, had I known it was going to take more than 4 weeks, I certainly wouldn't have ordered them. Please use caution when ordering from Grayson Living. This is my first time using them, and likely my last time. Update: It's now 7/15 and no delivery yet. Grayson Living refunded the $99 shipping fee but did not provide a full refund as I had requested and that they noted in their response below was appropriate for this particular situation. This is very disappointing. Basically, if you're looking to order from Grayson Living, just understand that you may not get "in stock" items that "ship in 1-2 weeks" so plan accordingly or look elsewhere.
