It took more than 2 hours to finish $4.99 transaction... disappointing and not sure if I would purchase through this website again in the future. customer service wasn't helpful as well, I was like talking with robot; very slow response and quiet. got answer after I sent them email... and I had to give away my game account password x__x too much hassle and time consuming not recommended until I find out this web provides instant self-top up like its competitor (L**tb*r)
