Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service and support. I bought my Elegoo Centauri Carbon in December 2025 for Christmas, it got a “print head anomaly” error. After replacing multiple parts like the nozzle, heat-sink, extruder mainboard, etc. I contacted Elegoo and they basically sent me a troubleshooting pdf and sent me a new usb C cable which DIDNT fix the problem. So I have a massive paper weight. Don’t recommend at all. Soooo many others have the same problem too. Look it up. Nothing works.
