Poor customer Service
Poor customer Service. I was mailed an item from New Jersey, and because they wanted to make it hard for me to return it, I was told to mail it back to their warehouse in California. Which would have refunded me 30% less of what I paid. I eventually had to go to my financial institution to investigate this issue.
