Communication was VERY poor
Communication was VERY poor. We waited days for a quote and then every time we asked for a change, it was days later that we finally recieved an answer. Every call was on hold for 5+ minutes and then most times was dropped. We were promised (and paid extra for it) that these would ship in 2 days due to the delays in quoting and tomorrow it will be a week since they should have shipped. Our event is this Friday and I have NO hope that these will make it to us in time.
