I spoke to the customer service about my package and they said gave us 3-5 business days, nobody contacted me and after a week or more, I sent a message via WhatsApp and they reply to the email I sent earlier that they lost my package and will refund me. I’ve been waiting almost a month and nobody talked to me and I needed this bag for a special thing which make me frustrated
