I went to the KFC on 801 E William Cannon Dr Suite 401 Austin, TX 78745 tonight and order a 2pc combo. They originally told be it’ll be a 20 minute wait and I agreed. When I arrived to the window, within 2 mins they provided me with my food. When I got home, I found that they gave me chicken that had been sitting there all day. It was super disrespectful and I’ll never eat at another KFC. I wish I could post a picture of this damn chicken. It is so frustrating. This is not my first experience with them providing bad service and bad food. But it is the last time I’ll eat there.
