My experience with Hellcase has been… good . I am not a particularly lucky person in general.
My experience with Hellcase has been mixed. I have spent a fair amount of money on the platform, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive any birthday gift or bonus, not even a small symbolic reward. It would be nice to see more appreciation for loyal users. I have only won two giveaways so far, despite being active on the platform. While I understand that winning is never guaranteed, it can sometimes feel discouraging. Another thing I have noticed is that the same people seem to participate in and win matches quite frequently. This creates the impression that other users have fewer chances to win, which can make the experience feel less enjoyable. Overall, the platform is decent and I still use it, but I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to rewarding loyal customers and making competitions feel more balanced and engaging for everyone. For these reasons, I am giving Hellcase a 3/5 rating
