Worst experience. Ordered JBL earphones, but received a used OnePlus product instead. No bill, no warranty card, no user manual, nothing was included in the package. Customer care is not responding to calls or emails. Very disappointing service. Please be careful before purchasing from this website. I will not recommend it to anyone.
