Received a Reno 65W pro laser that never worked out of the box. Technical support was almost non existent. Monport guide me through taking the machine apart to troubleshoot. Monport was slow to respond and when the issue was found they could not get me the needed part. I have no idea why the could not send me a replacement laser so that I could send the defective one back. This fiasco went on for over a month.
