10/10 do NOT recommend Dairyland Insurance. This has been by far the worst insurance experience I’ve ever dealt with. My motorcycle theft claim has turned into weeks of poor communication, constant runaround, and little to no updates unless I repeatedly reach out myself. I provided notarized paperwork, phone records, photographs, receipts, recorded statements, and even overnighted my keys within days of filing my claim. Despite fully cooperating from the very beginning, communication between departments has been awful. One person says one thing, another says something completely different, and callbacks rarely happen when promised. Meanwhile I’m still making loan and insurance payments while waiting for answers. For the premiums charged, I expected much better customer service, organization, and claim handling. If you’re considering motorcycle insurance, I would strongly suggest researching other options before choosing Dairyland.
