"Good customer support, but initial quality issues" I purchased the Anycubic Photon M7 Pro in January 2026 through the official reseller 3D Jake. Unfortunately, from the very beginning I experienced recurring print failures and quality issues, even using the default Anycubic settings for this machine and resin. I also discovered that resin had seeped inside the resin vat frame, damaging the coating after only 51 hours of use. However, I must say that the Anycubic support team, and David in particular, handled my case in a very professional and responsive manner. They quickly analyzed the situation, acknowledged the defect, and arranged a free replacement resin vat without any hassle. The after-sales service deserves a 5-star rating. I hope the hardware quality will match that level in the future, as I am still considering the Photon P1 Max for my next purchase.
