i felt very pressured to purchase more than I wanted. Also there was hidden charges applied that was not in the initial purchase price. I received an email requesting information regarding my request to cancel but when i replied to it the email bounced back. I really dont want this service I want a refund and I am so worried they will continue to charge me when I have requested to cancel/refund.
