Item lost, never replaced, never got my money back
After waiting for our printer during 3 weeks I did contact your Company which simply told me that my product was lost the last 17 days. I have never been able to get a refund or a new printer sent to me. Absolutely anti-comercial. I have lost nearly 400 euros. This is disgusting.
