This product and customer service are terrible. The flowers started wilting right away after I watered them. I tried to get a refund after buying the insurance, but they wouldn’t give me one. Instead, they offered a partial refund or a replacement of the same crappy flowers. And to make matters worse, you can’t talk to anyone. You have to email them, even though they have a contact phone number listed on their website. I’m really disappointed with the customer service. It was especially frustrating because I had just had major surgery and was already dealing with a lot of stress. I’m giving them a negative star.. Eric
