False advertising on product returns
They have been bombarding my socials so figured I'd check the product out. I went to their website and because of the 60 day "money back" guarantee stated on the site, at checkout, several places, I decided to give it a try. After trying the product for less than a week, I contacted them to return it. They said I had to pay for shipping back. When I finally received my refund, they reduced it for the "free shipping" in addition to $26.00, shorting me over $35.00 of the "money back guarantee." I returned the product because it gave me a stomach ache. I did get my money back. And now they won't respond to my emails. Also, after trying to find more details to write to the BBB, looks like this company is in Lithuania. I'd be careful thinking this is going to go well.
