I had an issue with one of my ACE 2 Pro units. I submitted a ticket and within 24 hours received a response that addressed my issue and the parts that I needed were ordered. I have been quite impressed by Anycubics customer service. They stand behind their products and as a result I will continue to recommend their 3D printers.
