Bought ticket from Easybook app from TBS to Singapore Departure on 05/06/2026 12:15AM and checked in online via the app. None of the QR code and bus plate or platform number shown in the app. Proceed to counter at TBS was notified without the QR code will be denied from boarding. Prompt to purchase same bus ticket at inflated price. Very disappointed with Easybook online customer service rendered. Such a waste of time and money. Instant refund only available if you purchase the insurance. With service like this I demand full refund and service recovery. Thank you.
