The product is exceptional. I do one packet every night after work and it relaxes me and I sleep so well when doing my second order, I had made a mistake and reached out to Customer Service. They got back to me immediately help me correct my mistake issued me a credit immediately and continue to follow up as I entered in my new order. They made sure again through email that everything was good. I’ve never experienced an online company that has such thoughtful and Quick responses. What a pleasure doing business with a company that communicates back and has such a great product.
