I booked a 4 night stay in a hotel with Booksi. I got a confirmation email for the hotel showing the 4 nights I would be staying. I show up at the hotel and they stated they had no reservation for me. I had to pay the full price for the 4 night stay. I kept trying to cal Booksi to find out what happened and to get my money back or a different 4 night stay. Booksi will not answer their phone and will just leave you on hold. A week after my stay, Booksi sent me an email asking me how my stay was!!!!
