They never answer the phone! I tried to cancel my order, but I couldn't reach anyone. I ordered 50 long-stem red roses for my boyfriend's birthday. After reading customer reviews, I noticed that many people have complained about receiving fake, damaged, or heavily sprayed flowers. How disappointing! This order is for a very special occasion. If my boyfriend receives fake, damaged, or poor-quality flowers, I will be extremely upset and disappointed. I hope my order arrives exactly as advertised and in excellent condition.
