They take the money, but don't fullfil the orders.
I used this service quite a few times in the past, but lately it's become a nightmare. Each order is flagged "as high security risk" and is not fulfulled. The service doesn't answer in time, so I have to buy another esim elsewhere. They eventually answer claiming it was a bug, but then they refuse to refund, instead giving credit. Then when I try to use the credit the order is not fulfilled with the same high risk they've just admitted was a bug. OK, after more fiddling with the support I managed to use some of the credit. Later when trying to use the rest on another esim (I travel a lot), but having to pay the rest with the credit card - and voila - high security risk - order not fullfiled, no way to get the money back.
