Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried to return some shoes and it was almost impossible. I had to send so many e-mails to get the shoes returned. They take many days to answer and do not give you the info that you need, instead they will try to give me some discount coupon (and want me to keep the shoes) that I do not want. I am still about to find out am I actually going to be refunded for that. I wouldn’t recommend even to anyone.
