A few months ago I wrote a nasty comment about a non-delivery by Magnali of an order I place to be delivered to South Africa. I can confirm that I have now received all the outstanding orders as they had to be split to ensure they could be delivered by post. I now owe you an apology as there is no postal system to speak of in South Africa and as they were posted by Magnali rather than couriered it took months to get here. You can't therefore blame Magnali. They were not to know. Having contacted Magnali about the non- delivery they stuck to their promise and Hazel personally was instrumental in sorting out my delivery. I am now a very “satisfied customer” Thank you and I can vouch that you can trust Magnali to step up to the plate and honor their customer commitment.
