one star is too high for me
one star is too high for me. just got my first (and only) order. didn't get the promotional ribeye. didn't get the wagyu steak. got a strip steak (that i didn't even order) that was dark color with lots of freezer burn. customer service was of no help at all except to cancel my subscription. customer service reached out to me by email. they were polite but of no real use. they refunded part of the order (for the part i didn't get...duh). i'll never be back
