Chewy went above and beyond
Chewy was our go-to for food, supplies and meds. Always easy and efficient. Then our dog Bella died :-( I reached out to Chewy to cancel our subscriptions and return all of the recently received unused items. With complete compassion, they offered to credit our account and asked that we donate the items. We donated everything to the Humane Society to their delight. As if that wasn't enough, we then received a personalized condolence card. A company who provides personalized compassionate customer service deserves a review showing that they go above and beyond what is expected.
