Best Buy Store Unreliability, Poor Customer Service,
i would give Best Buy Legacy a 0 if allowed. Gave salesman the model and serial number of our existing wall oven and that we wanted to know what replacement model would fit without modifications . He assured us the replacement he suggested would fit existing the cabinet. we tried to call store and salesman again prior to scheduled install to reconfirm fit. Apparently Best Buy stores were no longer taking phone calls directly but only to non local customer service location. This location sounded to possibly not even being in the United States. After continually informing them that we were assured the unit would fit the individual hung up on me. I was told if we wanted to talk directly to store or salesman i would have to drive back to store in person because stores could no longer receive calls. Although Best Buy use to be a trusted & reliable company; I would not recommend buying anything from Best Buy nowadays. Something has definitely changed.
